Our team will pick your orders as soon as we can and get it ready for delivery. In the rare event that an item in the colour, size or type that you have purchased is not be available, we will contact you to discuss your options.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY
Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours, Monday - Friday. Please note that we do not send orders out for delivery on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays – these will be processed for delivery the following working day.
All Drama the Label orders are shipping via Track & Trace courier. Your tracking information will be emailed to you once your lovely order has been sent, so you can follow the progress of delivery online.
Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive. Rural deliveries may take 2 – 3 additional days to arrive.
Please note the above delivery times are estimations, and are used as a guide only. Drama The Label is not responsible for delays due to Mother Nature or busy courier periods such as Christmas time.
Depending on garment and season, different shipping rates are calculated, rates are normally $10.00 and maybe accumulated for sale items.
Please note our sale items are often discounted hugely, if you would like to query our shipping rates, please email email@example.com
Shipping costs have increased substantially with the increase cost of living and increase in fuel costs.
Please note, we can not refund shipping on multiple orders to the same address on sale items.
We ship everywhere in New Zealand (including local and rural delivery) and all orders are dispatched via Courier Post.
Delivery to Australia and International shipping will be calculated at the checkout.
Drama The Label insures each purchase during the time it is on its way to you. As soon as the purchase has been delivered, responsibility passes on to you.
