RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

So wonderful that you purchased your new Drama The Label product! We have put a lot of effort into the fabulous items we have online, however we know that sometimes things happen! We want your shopping experience to be an enjoyable one.

If you are unhappy with your purchase of a full price garment for any reason we would love the chance remedy this for you.

Please see our conditions and policies of returns and exchanges below.

Conditions of store credit, returns and exchanges applies to full priced items not sale items. 

  • The items must be returned within 14 days of purchase date;
  • The items must returned in the original and saleable condition
  • All tags attached and still intact
  • Must not be worn, damaged or washed
  • The original invoice as proof of purchase is to be provided

Please note, we cannot exchange or credit items that do not meet this policy.

If you have changed your mind, it’s the wrong colour or size, we are happy to provide you with either an exchange item or a store credit.

Store Credit will ONLY be given on FULL PRICED ITEMS not Sale items 

Please ensure you have met the Conditions of Returns and Exchanges. 

Faulty Items: For items that are deemed faulty, we are happy to provide you with an exchange item, a replacement item, or a refund, and will credit you the cost of the initial shipping.

Faulty items do not include general wear and tear, and have to be approved by our customer service department, and are at the discretion of Drama the Label Ltd, and in accordance to the Consumer Guarantees Act 

ALL FAULTY ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECIEVING THE GARMENT

Sale stock - our discounts on sale items are huge ! so therefore please choose carefully, we can not refund or store credit on sale items, only on full price items. 

If you would like to exchange a garment for another size in the same style, please contact us on theteam@dramathelabel.nz 

You will be charged for shipping of an exchange item. 

We are always making sure that our customers are happy, so please contact us if you have any queries, but as our sales heavily discounted goods, we ask that you please choose carefully or ask questions first before purchasing a garment in order that you are happy with your sale item.

WHAT’S THE EASIEST WAY TO RETURN MY FULL PRICED  ITEM?

Please email us at theteam@dramathelabel.nz with Returns/exchanges as your subject in the Email.

Please can you include the reason why you are returning or exchanging plus your order number and what you are returning. We will reply acknowledging the return and answer any questions. Remember we are a small team at Drama the Label so please allow us 48hrs to reply to your email.  

If it’s the wrong size or colour or if you've have simply changed your mind, sorry but we can not refund the original postage or shipping cost,

(If the product arrives to you faulty then we will credit you the shipping cost charged.)

Please note you will only receive the store credit for the dollar amount for the price you paid for the garment NOT the shipping cost. 

Regarding the sign up 10% discount, we can not refund you this discount. It is simply not possible. If you did not receive the code in time for your first purchase, then you can use this code for your next purchase.

If for some reason you did not receive a code at all then please email theteam@dramathelabel.nz before you make your purchase. 

Following the correct procedures for sign up you will receive a discount code. Please make sure you fill in a correct email address, AND please check your JUNK mail box :)

Don't worry we do not bombard you with spam mail !
